A leading example is that of Prince Barbu Stirbei. He proved to be a prudent ruler, active and good organizer.

Difficulties that he faced were: maintenance of Russian- Turkish military occupation (task remaining after the Convention of BaltaLiman 1849) .Only in 1851, after heavy embarrassed the country he was able to obtain the withdrawal of occupants.

Barbu Ştirbei by economy and strict control of costs, managed tolower two thirds of the country's debts and even found time and means and constructive activities.

If he managed to save his country from disaster, to pay debts why we all say that we're in a hopeless situation.

At that time our salvation came with the advent of a capable leader, and of what we need now, a capable leader and patriot.

When we will have a patriotic leader and an elite capable, all problems will be solved.
